Check engine rough running and no power

After i changed my front cam seal on 2001 v70 and setting timing from scratch my car started and ran great. I put it all back together performed test drive. All was great. After shutting off and then restarting the engine ran rough and check engine light came on. Scanned for codes, p0014 came up exhaust cam over advanced. My question is can I just pull the belt of the exhaust cam pully and realign? Or how can I set it without pulling it all apart again if that is possible?
