Low miles, 80,XXX
Clean Carfax
High condition report
Will be very expensive.
If anyone may be interested in me buying it for you, you need to contact me ASAP.
Otherwise I still plan on trying to buy it for inventory but judging from last week, this one may go tilt on the bids!!

I should have a lot more info on it tomorrow.

Not surprised Jim. Really nice car. White is rare up here. Trying to think if I have ever seen a white P2 XC70 or P2 other than an S60.

Good luck with the next one!

Neil.

My friend from Rochester once told me White cars are not popular because when you get sideways on the road in the winter, a white car is harder to find in the snow. I was driving a white Lumina, a company car at the time.

I recall living in the north that folks avoided white as rust, chips, and dings was easier to see on a white car. Since I moved to the south, I have embraced white cars and have bought several. White helps reflect heat and it makes a big difference. I once had a black car here and it was an absolute inferno after sitting in the Georgia sun for a while. Its also hard to find rust on any color car down here.
Les is more.

This became the absolute STUPIDEST conversation on a sale post. :o
White XCs get more money, and are highly in demand. White is NOT rare "up here" at all.
Where you came up with that CRAP is beyond me, white is popular up here and dominant in the South

White is more visible/lower insurance. Dark colors, especially BLACK, people not paying attention cut you off/pull out in front of you like crazy. I some years ago drove about a black '89 Eldorado Birarritz. Despite the large chrome grill and auto lights that you could set up as DRL if you covered the light sensor, getting cutting off on the highway or people pulling out from a side street like they didn't see you was a daily/all the time occurrence. Then I bought a white car, a Chrysler, these sorts of problems just didn't happen in that car - ever. People see you even when they aren't paying particularly good attention. I accidentally cut off a black Maserati a month or so back driving into Chicago up 94. No accident but the lady had to brake really hard - I saw the nose of the car pitch down in the rear view the instant I moved into the lane and realized there was a car in my blind spot I had just cut off. I felt so bad about that. When I was initially looking for a S60 I thought I wanted a white one. Not because I have some love for the color, but I'm all about safety things. Black was a no go for me, even though it looks nice, simply out of experience driving over the years. Ended up with Barents Blue. Because there's color in it, not black, it seems to stand out just enough that it doesn't seem to be a problem visibility wise. Nothing like driving around that black Caddy, anyway.

In snow being in a white car is not ideal. It's somewhat mitigated by DRL now.
