Dim speedometer abs fail

Dear all,

My final problem is that all the dim off.
But it allways start witf abs and stabilisation problem that two problem problem lights on the dim write brake problem and after a few sec the speedometer tach and everithing fall down and all lihts of. Ome yars ago my dim had some problem unreadable text, runing time.... At that time the dim was resolder and ewerithing worked fine but now I do not know what coud be the problem.
Please help if somebody know this problem or have some suggestion how to fix it.

Year and Model: 2002

Can you confirm it? Can you text VIN?
And like additional thing, for get info, can you make photo label from your CEM module?

Sorry yes the year is 2002 S60 the vin nimber is:yv1rs793222117322 now I do not have a photo from the CEM but tomorrow I will take it out and make a photo of it

Try this:
Remove the control section (bottom) of the ABS unit. I believe it requires an E5 torx socket. E=external torx.
Look for bad solder joints. It effects many things you describe.

That's how the DIM fails. Find a tv repair shop that work on the tiny SMD electronics,ask them to reflow the chips and check all small resistors on the board. keep the car battery disconnected when the DIM is out. Or check DIM repair service on ebay.

I have though. But try other way 3 days ago I have unconnected the connector of ABS modul and used the car without ABS system. The differences was only that when I start the car the abs lights on and there was no spedometer because of there was no comumication but all the other things worked on the dim for some km and after again the same situation everithing stopped working and all the dim off

You think that is the fail of the DIM it was repear about one years ago, than we resold lot of things almast all the small resistor and the three big chip you thing the problem again on that area?
