1997 Volvo V90 Drift project.

Post by v90swap »

I recently aquired a 1997 Volvo V90 Wagon. I was wanting to use it as a drift project. I don't need ungodly power but would like to be able to get the tires to brake loose when dumping the clutch. It came with an automatic. I saw a few threads on a 302 and an LS1. Is there an engine that Volvo made that comes with a manual transmission that fits in there well? This will not be my first engine swap and have access to lifts and tools to make this project happen. The motor in the car has 268k miles and still runs strong.
I tried to do a search through the search function but it keeps telling me to try again in 30 seconds.

BTW the car is EGG

These cars were available with M90 5 speed manual in Europe.
