s70 wipers only work on high setting

I searched and couldn't find an answer to this one.

My daughters 2000 s70, the windshield wipers only work on the high setting and won't park, they'll stop wherever you turn them off.

I replaced the relay with a working one from one of my other cars, it still does it.

Any suggestions?

It sounds like maybe the switch/stalk itself is going out. I would try switching that out.

I think the park function is integrated into the motor assembly, not the switch, so thats pointing to that direction. I have spare switches that I will sell for 5000x what Evan sold me them for, following the lead of Shrkeli..

Switch could be the issue. You have a bunch of cars, can you swap one over to see if that helps the one speed issue? The not-parking is typically the motor. I would suggest pulling the wiper arms and black cover over the wiper motor and check the motor connector and the drains in case they are flooding when it is raining. Take the opportunity to clean that all out and lube the motor and all the joints in the arms. I use silicon grease for that and find it makes the whole system move more easily.

Finally check the wiring in the area of the motor for damage/chafing as well as that of the switch.

That's what I'm going to do. My 98 only needs to run and drive since it's only used for testing modules, I use it for spare parts.
