1993 volvo 240 dl - horn, abs, colck spring

Greetings:

My horn is not working- the horn itself is loud and clear as verified with direct connect to battery. The fuse is was replaced and wipers work fine.

I am trying to source the following:
New Horn button insulators (plastic goes bad) -under the SRS steering wheel cover
A new air bag (not used)
srs clock spring device (new)

Any thoughts would be appreciated.
