Have new wiring harness, new MAF, no matter what I've done, PO103 comes up, and car runs like it's misfiring on 2-3 cylinders, any ideas on a fix,please.

Could I have a bad O2 sensor ? could my ECM not be reading the new maf ? This one really has me stumped, car ru ns great without maf, plug it in ans run it, horrible ??

New MAF, New o2 sensors, still have MIL, new wiring harness, still have hogh output on MAF...., MIGHT i NEED AN UPDATE ON MY ECM, PLEASE HELP.
