TSB 6421, Steering yoke adjustment

Anyone heard of this TSB 6421?
STEERING NOISE, YOKE ADJUSTMENT. KNOCKING, THUMPING, OR CLICKING NOISE MAY BE HEARD FROM THE STEERING. ( NHTSA ITEM NUMBER - 10020113 )

I can't find specific info about it. If someone has access to the Volvo database or AllDataDIY I would be most grateful if you could look it up. Cheers!
