1999 S70 base model auto xmsn Steering Rack Replacement - ID part?

Hi Everyone,

I have removed the subframe and bolted on a new rack. I have prepped it all and have the Haynes manual. However, there is a bracket that is pretty large that I cannot identify. Does anyone recognize it?
