Radio problem

It's funny, but I just discovered that my radio doesnt search frequencies like 100.2, 100,4 etc.. only 100.1, 100.3.. 97.9 etc..

Does anybody knows what is the problem?

Dealer should be able to initiate some software for you to make it work in your country

dealers said its impossible to install new software, only new radio.. 20k :/

Software is available to change from US to Metric

Software is available only for car with audio system integrade on MOST. And the models are:
XC90,V50,and new S40,C70,S80
