Help 4 codes 2006 xc90 2.5t P0101, p0100, p2119, p2178

Needing some advice to fix.
I had a p0170 code and replaced my MAF sensor and now I am getting the p0101 code that is triggering my CEL along with three other codes that show up on my code reader (in subject field above). I followed a lot of forums and had no success. I cleaned the throttle body and the pct sensor. I disconnected the intake system and cleaned it up and reconnected it. I installed a new air filter. I used carb cleaner to check for vacuum leaks. Nothing. Normally the car starts and drives fine and the CEL comes and goes. Car is a little hesitant at times while driving at a consistent highway speed but nothing too abnormal. Once in a while when I start it up it stays at a higher idle but only occasionally. When the CEL comes on it is always while I am moving, Not when I just start the car. Please help. I have 195k miles.

Same problems with same codes, XC90 2.5t stumbles and stalls. It will start again, and if I race engine at 2500 RPM, it will idle smoothly again? Here is real strange issue, I let it idle for 10 minutes, smooth, then I reset code and engine stumbles and stalls??? I replaced fuel pressure sensor, pulled MAP sensor, no change. Any ideas, 02 sensor perhaps?
