HU850 Panel Lights no longer working

Hi there,

Some days ago I removed the radio from the dashboard in order to open it an remove some CDs that were stuck in it.
I succeeded to remove the CDs and replaced the radio in the dashboard.
I still get a CD error but I do not care too much as I use my phone.

However, what happened is that the radio panel lights are no longer working.



Before I removed the radio from the dashboard, the lights were working fine.
I googled and found some threads about this problem, none of them with a solution to it, but rather workarounds.

I guess there is a fuse which I can verify, (if you know which one, please let me know, XC70 AWD 2005), but other than that, I cannot explain it.

Any help would be appreciated.

i have the same problem with my hu 650 it was a bad soldering, thats connecting to gnd in the chassie.
