Hello.
I was recently doing a PCV repair on my 850 and when putting everything back together, noticed a bunch of issues trying to screw the bolts back on. Some of them would screw forever and never tighten. Both of the screws for the oil box and 3 of the screws for the intake manifold. Turning on the car will result in a very rough idle which will eventually stall out. I'm pretty certain it's the vacuum leak at the manifold. But giving it gas will keep it alive...
I bought the following for the intake manifold:

Two of the loose intake bolts are at the top which should be easy enough to get to, but the third problem bolt is the bottom left one, closest to the thermostat. I assume that one will be difficult to get to. Anyone got any advice for that one?
Now for the oil/breather box bolts. What helicoil size would I need to buy? And again the left most bolt is another that will be difficult to fix due to its location. Maybe I'll only be able to fix the right one...
Any help would be great!
Jeff
