weird starting issue

Post by Ridinguy1 »

so the other day my wife was driving down the freeway and all of a sudden the car died, and would not start up again. towed it home and charged the battery. now here is what has me stumped, the starter cranks at a slow speed, I have checked the timing and the battery. both are good. I have also put a new starter in. any help would be great

How did you "check" the battery?
What were the results?

Have you cleaned the connections both at the battery and at the other end of the cable - both positive and negative leads?

Same with the timing. What did you actually do?
