Modules Communication Error

Hi,

I have a 1999 S80. Using VIDA on the network tab I'm getting communication errors with the ETM, ECM, TCM and ABS. Sometimes also the AUM and then others intermittently. How or where would be the best place to start to diagnose this? Start unplugging modules? I tried pulling fuses but that didn't seem to help. Most likely a bad ground?

Can you hear some clicking sounds from CEM area?

Yes, I can hear clicking sounds as it goes through communications with the different modules.

I read in another forum/post on this site about resetting modules by unhooking the battery, shunting with a 1k resistor then hooking the battery back up with the key in the II position. Seems to have worked, the modules are now all talking. That or it's a loose connection somewhere.

I also cleaned the auxiliary wire connection from the positive battery post.
