On my 95 and 98 I had the good old vacuum tree right past the throttle body and I’d use a connection there for the occasional Seafoam Chinese Water Torture treatment.
With the 99 I don’t have a vacuum tree anymore that I’ve seen and with my luck I’ll end up Seafoaming the EVAP system or something if I wing it.
Any tips?

Easy way to decarb the cylinders.
Pull the plugs out
Do a compression test.
Pour 1/5 bottle of Seafoam in each cylinder.
Stuff a rag in each spark plug well.
Let sit for 24 hours.
With the rags still in the spark plug wells, crank the engine to push out the Seafoam.
Remove rags, reinstall plugs.
Start engine and bump the RPM up to 1500 and hold.
The exhaust may turn black, this is carbon that the Seafoam ate up, it will pass.
It might take 20-30 minutes to clear up but it will.
After the exhaust clears up, take the car out for a drive. Give it some hell to knock out stubborn carbon.
Get it home, let her cool down. do another compression test.

You can use any vacuum port on the intake manifold. The line for the turbo boost cutoff is a good one.

Reading some more old posts, think I will use the brake booster line.
@ RickHale Parker that sounds pretty fun, if I can get my hands on a compression test kit this weekend I might go that route.

Do yourself a favor, use a deep well adapter. A spinning hose adapter in a deep well can give one a panic attack.
The Bosch Pro Compression Tester from O'Reilly comes with a deep well adapter.

Be careful with the brake booster port, it is much larger than your typical vacuum line and harder to get off/on.

The brake vacuum line comes off the manifold easily and then just rig up a fill bottle. Remember you can't blip the throttle on a 1999 like you can on an earlier since you have the sexy Italian Throttle Body. Not only is it sexy, it strengthens your family relationship by requiring a familymember to feed throttle when you Seafoam

Just take the line off the CBV (blow off valve) where it enters the intake. Perfect diameter and everything for the seafoam if you wish to go the intake route.
