Will these rims fit? 1994 Volvo 960

So I have a 94 960 wagon, looking at buying some 17x8 rims for it. They are a 40mm offset, will they fit with little fender massaging if I used a 30mm spacer apapter? Going to run a 225/45/17. So it's essentially a +10 17x8. Yay or nay? Thanks guys
