2002 Headlight adjuster, can't find part #

So I bought a replacement used headlight off fleabay but it came with a broken flange on the headlight adjuster.

I didn't realize but the whole thing pops out of the headlight for replacement, does anyone know the part number or where to get one of these? Thinking about epoxying it to the inner part but it's tough to get your hands in there for any leverage.

I ended up coating the white plastic part in epoxy and putting a heavy weight on the other side to force a solid connection. I let it set for 24 hours, so far so good installed in the car.

I would have loved to get the part but even after quite a few hours of searching I couldn't find that part anywhere!
