Trouble code P0103

Ok here goes the history leading up to this had a bad vacuum leak several hoses busted replaced in July lived in Alabama at the time fast forward a few months the CEL came on again code P0102 we were going to clean mass air flow sensor when we took out it was bad so we replaced it no we get P0103 Mass or Air flow A circuit high help cause we now live in Chattanooga Tn and have to pass emissions test to get a tag picture of sensor we replaced
