XC90 2003 - start the oil heater with an app?

XC90 2003 - start the oil heater with an app?

Hi. I would like to know if anyone knows if it is possible to start the oil heater with an app on my handy phone.
And/or maybe there is a kit to build into the oil heater so that I can control it with my handy phone.
