Numbers matching car

I have a 1967 123GT that was assembled in Halifax that I intend to restore to stock specifications. The engine and drive train are correct for the car. I would like to determine whether the engine and drivetrain components are original to the car. Is anyone aware of a cross reference between chassis and engine numbers that was created by Volvo?
