Volvo 850 t5 engine loom

Got a auto wire loom for my t5 to go on a manual car. I tided up the loom by taking out the auto wires. Connected what was the pnp wire, 0.00ohms. I had to cut a red and a black wire joining the ecu pins to the tcu pins, now I have no spark, I don't think I broke any of the wiring but where would be best to start? I've swapped the grey relay. Also the wire on my obd broke so can't find any code till that's fixed, the joys
