Does anyone have a source for new/used Oil thermostat housings?
Having leaking issues, looks like idiot mechanic stripped the bolt that holds the clamp/hoses+orings in.
I'm trying to find a spare to solve my leak. I'll have to drill/tap a size larger if I can't find a replacement.

You will unfortunately have to try to find a good used one as they are obsolete if I recall correctly. A quick call to a dealer should confirm that.
If you have no luck, I have one I won't need. I have no idea of its condition as I got it with a bunch of other used parts from someone who was moving. I was told it was from a 98 V70 T5.
Neil.

Tap the thread to next size up, drill the hole in the plate one size up and use a bolt with the new thread size. I cannot say if there is enough room or material to do this but what you got to lose, the housing is useless as is.
From the diagram, it looks like there is enough space and material to do this.
