P0102 code after radiator replacement

Hello!

Replaced my radiator 2 weeks ago, was having small leaks from the bottom of it. Replacement went relatively smooth, but since the replacement I've had an intermittent and very mild dancing idle. When in neutral, or at a complete stop in drive, the RPMs will dance up by about 50RPMs at the most. I also now have a P0102 code. Symptoms do not seem to be worsening.

Checked the airbox (which I didn't touch during install) and vacuum connections, didn't see any issues. Only thing I can't visually see is the bottom connection of the fresh air snorkel. Would a poor connection at the snorkel cause this issue? Or should my MAF be suspect now? It seems like an odd issue to have after a radiator replacement.

Oh, and there have been no stalling issues, and no hard-start issues that usually present with a bad MAF. The MAF on there is about 2 years, or 50,000 miles old. I replaced it as a precaution back when I was getting close to 200,000.

Fresh air hose damaged or loose can cause a P0102.

It never hurts to clean the MAF sensor. Use MAF sensor cleaner only. Other cleaners can leave a residue that can affect the performance of the MAF sensor.
