1983 760 Strut Mount Replacement Issues

I am trying to replace the strut mounts on my 1983 760. I ordered the parts, but they are not fitting. All the same parts are shown for this car, from Rock auto or FCP euro. Upon closer examination, the difference is the spring. The parts I ordered were for a spring that tapers smaller at the top, and has a smaller spring seat. Mine is one size top to bottom. When I try to use the parts I ordered, the larger spring seat rubs on the mount. The mounts needs to look more like a 240 style, but with two studs instead of three. Has anyone ever had this issue or know where to get the right parts?

I found a part number on the old strut mount: Volvo 1229647.

Anyone know where to get one or cross reference the number?

The correct part number is 1229646.
Fits:
740 1984
760 1982-84

According to NAPA the same strut mount is used on: (Volvo 1387188)
740 85-92
760 83-90
780 87-91
940 91-95
960 92-97
S90 97-98
V90 97-98

I found a place to buy them, you are sure 1229646 is right? Mine clearly has a 7.

740 85-92

Volvo 1229647 comes up as an outer side frame body part.

I'm still searching. Apparently some parts differ by the type strut housing used. (which type bub bearings)
