1998 V70R ABS and stuck caliper

Over the last week my R would shake and pull to the right. Also when braking the ABS would activate when almost at a complete stop. I checked the rotors and calipers and came to the conclusion that the right front caliper was stuck. Well today I replaced the caliper. The car stopped shaking and pulling, but the ABS still keeps activating. Could this be because of a sensor or is it the module? I do not have any lights coming on, on the dash either. Any thoughts?

I have found that if you brake hard to a dead stop, you will activate the ABS unless you turned TRACS off.
