HELP!- puddle on pass side floor board

MDK here... I have a 2004 S 60 R .. I have an alarm system service light on and the sunroof won't retract my that's one problem. The other is I left the car out last night and it rained heavily here in the Miami Valley. The passenger side floor board had a small puddle..it seems that it is coming in between the door and roof panel. You can see where it dripped onto door speaker and then the floor board it does the same thing on the driver's side. Need new door gaskets? any imput would be appreciated....
