Your input needed: buying a used Volvo info template

I'm building a Looking to buy a Used Volvo template. Users will fill this out and then post the results in the forum. What do you think this needs?

The goal is to get enough information to give quality guidance on what Volvo to look for. And also to ask the questions we ask users anyway... we're looking to avoid having to ask the same old questions.

MONEY

I want to spend

$500-999
$1000-1999
$2000-2999
$3000-3999
$4000-4999
$5000-5999
$6000-7999
$8000-9999
$10k-12k
$12k-14k
$14k-16k
$16k-20k

MAINTENANCE

I will do, for instance, this level of maintenance:

no maintenance
oil changes and bulb replacements
PCV and axles
timing belt

AWD

AWD is

necessity (mountain town, Canada, etc.)
nice to have (ski trips, mountain logging road camping, etc.)
purely optional
unwanted

SIZE

A Small car

is my first choice
will work
won't work

How many owners are acceptable, and type of care?
...1 and all dealer service meticulously complete
...2 at least the longest owner has excellent service record
...doesn't matter to me

How important is a Carfax report?

... dont care
...must see clean Carfax

What age is acceptable?

... 1 to 5
...6 to 10
... 10 to 15
... Any age

If I'm not mistaken, there's a clever way to use Google Questionnaire's features to collect data from both inquiring buyers, and interested sellers independently, and (if not by Google itself, some free application) depending on what boxes they tick, and notify the two parties.

1. Too granular on the pricing info

Perhaps:

Project car $500-1500

Car plus Refurbishment $1500-3500

Near Stage 0 $3500-6500

Creampuff $6500- up

2 MAINTENANCE and Going forward costs

(Does not include refurbishments)

How many miles per year will I put on it?

Budget accordingly:

no maintenance (plan on 20 cpm)
oil changes and bulb replacements (15 cpm)
PCV and axles (10 cpm)
timing belt (5 cpm)
