S60 whistle from 1300 revs

Not completely sure where it is coming from, but it seems like a turbo whistle. Rather lvooud. Starts from 1300 revs and gets louder the more you push gas pedal in. If you keep pedal in place, staying at same speed - no whistle. It is quite loud yet my phone can't really pick it up properly...

Volvo S60 2003 D5 automatic.

Got one of older vids, keep in mind that phone is bad at recording sound and it is much louder irl, always starts at 1300rpm

Also try on european forums where people have the D5 engine (not sold here in the US)

When you hear the noise, if you depress the brake pedal (not fully like in braking the car, just depressed with some pressure), does't the whistle go away?
