Communication tool field blank

Hi everybody, my name is ed, i am from france.
Sorry for my english i will do my best to speak/write without translator.... dont hesitate to correct me !!

I am XC60 owner still i have it, i ve got some electronics problem..... i have IT and mechanic background but sometimes, problems are
very very hard to resolve them....


For my vida, i have it (vida 2014D) i ve install it on a new and clean laptop,
but it s impossible to load on IE the login page. IT show blank page !!
in google chrome 68.0.3440.106 or firefox 61.0.2 (64 bits) the Communication tool is blank !

I have test many version of .net framework, 3.5; 4; 4.5 .... i have install the reg keys EnableIEHosting on
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\MICROSOFT\.NETFramework (win 7 64b). reboot my PC but the result is the same.

i run x86 version of java 1.8.0_181
i reboot regulary my laptop, firewall is disabled... no AV

what can i test ?

Are you trying to install this is Windows 7 or Windows 10?

If DiCE does not work correctly. Run DiCE setup in "Install Media":\3PP\Products\DiCE\

If you cannot get VIDA working from your install media: Uninstall VIDA, go here and get 2014D_RePack and the 2099 patch (Page one). Follow the install instructions in the thread. 2014D_Repack works in Windows 7 or 10 and addresses a lot of the compatibility issues but, Russian and English languages only are included in 2014D_RePack.
