Has anyone used this?

They list some parts that I need that are no longer available via the US parts system. They price in dollars and and it looks like they ship to the US.

I have used them and they are god. Basically Ford sold the older parts (pre-2000 year) to a new company called GCP in Sweden. If you order classic parts from Volvo they buy them from them. Check locally with the dealer as they may actually be cheaper from them and don't cost you shipping.

My local volvo dealer orders from them, i think. Sometimes it takes quite a while for parts to arrive. Which reminds me i have to call them and ask where my TB bolts are. I ordered them 3 weeks ago

Update -- I went ahead and ordered from them and the parts -- unavailable in the US system -- arrived yesterday. Roughly a week -- which is about the same as from my usual online US Volvo parts dealer. Tracking the package, the FEDEX box spent most of the shipping time sitting in Koln Germany.

The cost, with shipping, was roughly the same as listed by my usual US Volvo parts source. (I wouldn't be surprised if the heavy stuff is worse.) Looks like this is an excellent resource for those of us who want to keep old iron on the road.

Seriously, we are lucky they exist as otherwise these older car parts would be impossible to find.
