Car won't start after changing the throttle cable

Car won't start after changing the throttle cable

I replaced a broken throttle cable and my car wouldn't start so I replaced the throttle body sensor and it still wont start any help would be appreciated.

Make sure you didn't cross IAC (idle air control) valve and throttle position sensor connectors
