cabin light on

Since I changed the passenger front door lock and latch assembly the other day, junkyard pull, I have been having weird cabin light issues. Sometimes none of the over head lights will go off unless you opened and re-shut the door. It is now those lights will go off when you lock it but the knee dash area light will not go off (drivers side off). I had to remove the light as I saw it was still on this morning. The lock motor/actuator work fine, the latch is working without issue but the lights will not go off. I really don't want to pull the door panel again, broke it and re-glued almost the entire bottom plus 2 other areas.

Is there any other light switches I am missing? Any suggestions?
