2008 S80 HVAC Blower Motor Resistor Location/Change Out

Hi guys,

I'm trying to locate the blower motor resistor on my Volvo S80. I've been told it is easy to access and I believe it is under the glove box, but I cannot confirm that through my web search. Looking for help before I tear apart the car. Thanks.

The resistor is located about 8” to the right of the top of the gas pedal against the firewall with one cluster of wires plugged into it. It needs a small twist and pops right out. The blower motor is directly above it against the top of the dashboard.
