2006 XC90 died shortly after starting

2006 XC90 died shortly after starting

2006 XC90 started fine, drove down my 3/8 mile driveway. I stopped at bottom and then the car just died. Electrical power still on. I turned ignition switch off. Put car in park and attempted to start again. The started cranked, but car didn't start. Radio, navigation etc were all powered up as usual. By the way, we had alternator replaced about 2 weeks ago. Any thoughts?

Alternator really shouldn’t be related to this issue since it is cranking fine. Need to pull codes and go from there. Post codes for additional help.
