Vida Diagnostics,Fault Trace, CSC & Delivery grayed out

Vida 2014D running in VMware.

Selected CSC and Delivery are always grayed out and unavailable, what do I need to click to get them? What does SCS mean?
When selecting items in the initial state list it does not activate Selected CSC or Delivery. Dubble clicking the list items in Initial State also does not start any function.

Did a valve job (bent intake valve, shattered insulator on the spark plug) however I can't clear the DTC's to get out of limp mode.

Does anyone know where I can find firing order in Vida or anywhere for that matter?

Can you just look thing up in the manual?

I have a 2006 XC90 5 cylinder turbo AWD.
