Vida HAS been fully operational - now cannot read DTC's

I tried to search for similar posts to no avail....

My Vadis/Dice setup HAS been working, I have the vehicle in the setup, I have previously been able to read out DTC's from the car.

I need to again now - everything works, DICE lights blink and flash - USB/DICE communication test passes.

When I click read vehicle - the amber USB light blinks a bit then stays on solid and never completes the read - and never ends.

The ONLY difference of late is that I currently have the siren module unplugged.

I have tried basic windows - restart, etc and have made sure the car's battery is strong.

Suggestions???
