Injector problem

I have only just had a new injector put in and the same day I’ve got it back there is still a slight misfire and a loud ticking noise during acceleration.. I’m hoping it’s not another injector going? It’s a 2012 c30 and since having it I’ve had nothing but problems with it. If anyone can help me much appreciated
