Backseat removal & replacement

Hello

I purchased a flawless backseat from a 1999 V70 for my 1997 960. I have limited options, so this is what I got. The seat cushion is an exact match, but the seat back is a split bench folding design. It’s unusual because although it has a folding back ability it still has the pull down console and skis hole. The sides have bolsters that are just part of the 960 seatback, otherwise it’s a match. Has anybody done this and installed the latch locks or catches to have them fold down or is that a welding job? Because I have plenty of liquid nails.
