Best spark plugs for 2009 AWD xc90 3.2 r-design?

I have looked on Eeuro for spark plugs and they have a bunch of different ones, two types that carry the Volvo name. In my saab I use nkg plugs which that car loves. But I am not sure how Volvo's do with them.

For my

LR2 3.2 I changed mine at 50,000 miles and again at 100,000
S80 3.2 I changed the plugs at 125,000 (when I bought the S80 for my son)

Note: this is the same 3.2 used in the XC90
