Hello when I was looking up a part it asked me for my motor number. It started with a letter, I can’t find the dam thing anywhere. I think it has the letter B in it and most likely stamped on the block somewhere. It is my first Volvo, so a little of a learning curve. I have owned Saab’s for ever and can find it on them. I do love the Volvo! Thank you for all the help!

The Volvo I6 3.2 normally aspirated engine is B6324S (with or without an appended number after the "S"). Comes from the Volvo modular engine numbering scheme- https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Volvo_Modular_engine, https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Volvo_SI6_engine
Engine part number and serial number is normally a bar code label in the middle of the front of the block, I don't personally own a 3.2 so cannot tell you exactly where it is but internet photos note what looks like a circular label stuck where the crankshaft aux belt pulley would normally be (this engine has R.E.A.D.).
