I have all the same error codes. Replaced MAF but it did not solve the problem. What did you clean or what is ETC you mention?

I imagine the original poster used ETC = Electronic Throttle Control. In Volvo speak, it's really an ETM = Electronic Throttle Module. It attaches to the intake manifold and can get gunked up with carbon, etc. Search ETM cleaning or read about them on the ETM forum. Lots of electronic problems with early year ETM's. Yours may just need a good cleaning or possibly a throttle pedal sensor (cleaned or new).

Good luck.
