Very Rough Idle on Cold Start on Rescued Volvo

Hi,

4th 240 here. Bought it cheap as a barely running project car. Runs pretty sweet now, except sometimes it runs super rough after cold start, then a minute later it's like a switch was flipped and it runs fine but with a slightly high idle. Can't find any vacuum leaks with carb cleaner. Did a full ignition tuneup, cleaned throttle body, replaced IAC, Bosch O2 sensor, intank fuel plump, MAF. It threw an EGR code a couple of times, so I blocked off and uplugged the system. I'm wondering if it's the engine temp sensor? Thanks
