vibration only at cold start and when wheel straight on highway

I've got a 93 940 with a strange vibration that feels like it's coming from directly under the engine. It happens only upon cold start and at highway speeds with the wheel straight. All engine mounts look great and I've changed both wheel bearings already. Nothing looks loose underneath the car and I can't imagine it's anything with the drive line if it happens at idle. I'm running out of ideas so any would be appreciated!

Have you checked the crankshaft pulley?
