OBD Port no power 98 v70xc

My OBD2 port used to work and now it doesn't. It is not my scanner because it still works on my wife's escape. Any ideas?

Here's the Pinout to check for voltage.

No voltage, red to pin 16, black to 4. Nothing.

I don't know of a fuse for the obd2 port.

Head up to the sticky which helps locate wiring diagrams, find yours, and start tracing back to from the port.

On ME7 it is fused right off the main power buss, but your 1998 might be different

same fuse as for the lighter.
In my C70 2000 there are fuses in both boxes that go to the OBD

Fuse C5, 15A in engine compartment.
