P1310 and P0301 codes and rough idle on 97 850 T5

Please help I am stumped!
I have a -97 850 T5 with 130' miles and it throws the codes P1310 and P0301, the idle is also somewhat rough.

The codes are only thrown when the engine is cold, if do a reset when the engine is warm they do not come back.
In all other respects the engine runs good, no apparent lack of power or hesitation upon acceleration.

I have done the following with no result:
Changed spark plugs (Volvo OEM), distributor and rotor (Bosch) and Spark plug wires (Bougi).
Checked compression, 190 +- 5 PSI on all cylinders.
Changed all o-rings on fuel injectors and switched #1 and #5.

What do I do next?

Pull all spark plugs, ground to engine, have some one crank while you check spark. Check fuel pressure at prime, idle and WOT. Try unplugging the MAF and then starting the car. Report back with findings.
