Hello. I recently replaced a blown headgasket on my 2007 Volvo s40. After completion it is running great with the exception of p0011 and p0026 code. I tried cleaning the vvt solenoid, which did not help so I replaced it with a new one. I cleared the codes and after about 30 minutes of driving they came back on. I left for work this morning and the codes were gone all the way to work (about a 40 minute drive) however when I left work they came back on. Any idea as to what is causing this?

Same issue, code p0011, replaced timing belt , drain the oil, rough idle, idles well when AC is on but very poor fuel economy. At a cross road.

P0011 & P0026 Possible source
1. Low oil pressure in engine.
2. Poor engine oil quality.
3. Blocked camshaft reset valve oil ducts.
4. Defective/Sticking Camshaft Reset Valve (AKA Solenoid).
5. Mechanical fault in the variable valve timing (VVT) unit.
----------------------------------------------------------
First try:
1. Cleaning out the Camshaft Reset Valve and oil ducts under it.
2. Make sure your oil is correct and in good condition.
3. Clean the electrical connection to the Camshaft Reset Valve.
