You know the scenario - you are working on the car, then suddenly and O-ring is broken
Our great vendors have these parts, but you need to be back on the road now, and $20 shipping on a 0.29 cent part seems rough.

Goal - as we do our DIY jobs, document the size of Orings so we can find the right one locally and get out of a jam.

When you buy O-rings, buy 2 extra. You’ll figure out why

Orfice Valve upstream 988840 one on valve, comes with new valve (total 3 in system)

Oring for fill valve NLA? Fill valve is 6849305 - maybe comes with Oring

Oring between condensor and hard lines 9883337 qty 3 total in system

Condensor pipe to condensor hard line - NLA

Condensor to condensor pipe/compressor NLA

Oring from condenser pipe to compressor 6847526

Oring to compressor suction pipe 354441

This is for all O-rings, not just AC !!

Ill work on measuring the AC ones since I have spares.

Size for ps pump and rack hoses is here, each connector uses 2 on each end

Measured on an 1999 Intake Cam

Outer Cap Oring 28mm x 1.5mm

Inner VVT hub Oring 50mm x 1.5mm

See screen shots for part numbers - it looks like I was measuring a part 9440651

On edit...I think these are the cam seals , not the CVVT Orings

Really good tutorial about AC refurb , setting up clutch. JimBee shared the things that went wrong , not just the list of steps
