Any tips on diagnostic steps on the headlamp washers not working. I have the ones that are within the bumper and then push out squirting fluid on the lights only- no wipers.
To me they are ineffective but since it’s too cold to play golf up here in the Northeast I’ll spend my time addressing this.
I have to add that the washer fluid is full and still not working.

Thanks

My 2006 has the headlamp washer, also. They stopped working suddenly with a big leak of washer fluid - I was topping up as it was low. There are two pumps, one for the headlamps and one for the windscreen.

Perhaps your headlight pump has failed (not leaking) or perhaps is not getting power.

My mechanic saved me the cost of a new headlamp pump by plugging the hose to the headlamp pump as the pump was very rusted. I plan to fix it at some point, but it is low on priorities for me (although I do love the feature).

You will need an assistant to turn the headlight switch on and wash while you listen to see if both p7mps work

Golf is great this time of year, but the greens are fast. You always get a good lie in frozen bunkers

Hmm. You mention headlight switch. Which position should it be on or does it make a difference?

I'm in the midst of cleaning out the garage in prep of moving back to GA. I've got a spare pump if you need it for the price of the postage. Do your windshield washers pump water OK?

The fuse and relay for the High Pressure Headlight Washer is in the engine bay fuse box.

Are you saying that I should replace the relay first?

Check headlamp washer fuse (15).
Switch the windshield washer relay with the headlamp washer relay and see if the fault moves - bad relay.
Try to see if the headlamp washer pump is getting power.

You trouble shoot electronics backwards...look for voltage at the component , then work your back to find where it is and why the circuit is broken.
