Hello,
My gas pedal has this scratchy vibration while pushing and holding all throughout driving. It’s very faint but very distinct and annoying in a way.
Could it be a ball bearing/transmission or is it a known thing ?

Don't have such thing.. maybe look at the axles, axle end bolt (can get loose), transmission torque mounts upper and lower

Throttle is electronic-drive by wire on this year/model. Vibration you're feeling in the pedal would be coming through what it's attached to: the firewall. So an attempt to make it better (?) would probably involve looking at anything that would transfer engine vibrations into that area: rear subframe mounts, any/all engine mounts, and maybe even the forward exhaust hangers. The reason you don't feel it through floor or the seats is probably because these items are padded. The gas pedal is all hard plastic and bolts directly to the metal.
